resonator cigar box guitar
Just because I'm really "into" resonator guitars at the moment I am thinking my next CBG might be an attempt at one. Of course it won't have the proper aluminium cone but something else that might act as a sort of loudspeaker which is what the reso does. I will have to start scouting for something suitable. Kepp you informed when I do.

Well let me know when you come up with something! because I'm working on CBG resonator ideas too. I want to build something before x-mass so I can take it on my plane flight. I think I saw something online once where a guy used an empty chicken pot-pie tin.

Found this innovative idea too. I plan on building one soon. I have a 6 string acoustic on the bench now. Plus since I've been reading your blog I also have started on a 3 string frettless for slid
Unfortunately my reso project hasn't got off the ground yet. Too many irons in the fire.
